Our Policy
You can return most products within 28 days of receipt if they are in unused and undamaged condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please follow the form below, and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please use this form if you also need spare parts or advice.
Important: Keep Your Packaging
If a return is approved, items MUST be packed in a box for the courier to collect. Please keep your original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery.
